1. How much Extract Wellness Hemp Extract Oil should I take every day?
The “right” amount of oil will differ by person, as each of us are unique. We do, however, have some general guidelines to help you out.
Using the chart below:
- ✓ Find the best level of hemp extract strength to your convenience: Mild, Moderate or Strong
- ✓ Find your weight range
- ✓ This will guide you to the suggested starting daily amount
- Start small. Increase the amount, as needed, over a few days to get the desired effect.
- Split up the daily amount, taking half in the morning and the other half in the evening right before bed.
- Consult your healthcare professional regarding the use of hemp extract oil.
2. Which Extract Wellness hemp extract oil is the best for me based on the suggested daily amount?
- ✓ Each 2 oz. bottle contains approximately 60 full droppers (one full dropper = one mL) of hemp extract oil.
- ✓ One full dropper contains the following approximate amount of hemp extract:
- 250mg = 4mg
- 500mg = 8mg
- 1500mg = 25mg
- 6000mg = 100mg
EXAMPLE: If your suggested daily dose based on the chart is 15mg per day, you could take either:
- 4 droppers of 250mg
- 2 droppers of 500mg
3. How do I use Extract Wellness Hemp Extract Oil?
The best way to take the oil is by placing the oil under your tongue, allowing it to absorb for several minutes (but the longer, the better!) and then swallowing.
- ✓ Loosen the top of the bottle, leaving the dropper in the bottle.
- ✓ Squeeze and release the top of the dropper to fill it.
- ✓ Place the dropper under your tongue and squeeze the top of the dropper to release the oil. Repeat this process until you've reached your desired amount.
- ✓ Hold the oil under your tongue for at least 1-2 minutes before swallowing. The longer you can allow it to sit under your tongue, the more will be absorbed!
