Shipping: Extract Wellness may ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, depending on availability in your area. Customers from the USA can expect to receive their order within three (3) to five (5) business days. Orders received after 3 PM Monday-Friday are processed on the next business day. We currently do not ship internationally or to Military Bases. Customers are responsible for evaluating their shipment for damage at time of delivery. Claims for damaged products due to shipping must be made within 48 hrs. Extract Wellness is not responsible for incorrect address information entered at time of checkout.

Returned item(s) must have been originally purchased from ExtractWellness.com. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Original purchase must be within 30 days of refund request. To return an item, contact Support@ExtractWellness.com with your order details, including order number. We will provide you a shipping label to return your product with. Once returned item(s) are received, we will refund your original payment method, less the return shipping label cost. Please allow 5-10 days for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.

If you wish to exchange an unopened and unused product for one of lesser value, the difference in purchase price will be issued as an online store credit. If you wish to exchange an unopened and unused product for one of greater value, the difference in purchase price must be paid by the customer. Coupons and promotions may not be used during refunds or exchanges.
