Shipping: Extract Wellness may ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, depending on availability in your area. Customers from the USA can expect to receive their order within three (3) to five (5) business days. Orders received after 3 PM Monday-Friday are processed on the next business day. We currently do not ship internationally. Customers are responsible for evaluating their shipment for damage at time of delivery. Claims for damaged products due to shipping must be made within 48 hrs.
CBD/hemp extract impacts everyone differently due to a wide range of factors such as reason for use, method of use, body weight, and amount used. As such, we are not able to process any refunds, returns, or exchanges for any product that has been opened or used. We also cannot process any refunds, returns, or exchanges for products that were not purchased directly from Extract Wellness.
If you would like to return or exchange a product that was purchased from ExtractWellness.com, has not been opened or used, and is within 14 days of purchase, please contact us at Support@ExtractWellness.com with your order details. We will provide a return shipping label and once we receive the product back and verify it has not been opened or used, we will process a refund or exchange at your request.
For any refunds, please allow 5-10 days for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.
If you wish to exchange an unopened and unused product for one of lesser value, the difference in purchase price will be issued as an online store credit. If you wish to exchange an unopened and unused product for one of greater value, the difference in purchase price must be paid by the customer. Coupons and promotions may not be used during refunds or exchanges.
