Extract Wellness may ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, depending on availability in your area. Customers from the USA can expect to receive their order within seven (7) to ten (10) business days. Orders received after 3 PM Monday-Friday are processed on the next business day. We currently do not ship internationally. Customers are responsible for evaluating their shipment for damage at time of delivery. Claims for damaged products due to shipping must be made within 48 hrs.

You can order products at wholesale pricing if you are an approved distributor. Please fill out the form on our Wholesale Page to become a wholesale partner. Purchase requirements and other details may be required to be approved.

You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.
